FMEA & CP Moderation

Your responsibilities

Planning, creation and moderation of FMEAs & CP as part of the product development process in the automotive industry
Conducting of FMEA & CP meetings in compliance with the quality chain
Creation and implementation of actions
Discussion of results with internal and external partners
Documentation of the FMEAs / CPs
Provide linkage within the Quality Chain, such as Lessons Learned, Special Characteristics, Operator Description Sheet, Test instruction, etc.
Verify that the FMEA Quality Objectives meet the AIAG & VDA FMEA-Handbook requirements
Support of headquarter and other locations

Professional education as Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline or an equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing area of automotive industry
Certified FMEA Moderator
User experience with a common FMEA software, ideally APIS-IQ FMEA
Self-confident, Communication skills in Polish and fluency in English (written and spoken)
High degree of dedication and motivation
Strong analytical thinking skills and systematic approach to tasks and problems
Driving licence category for passenger cars
Ready for business travelling (20 - 30% work time)
